Next day delivery is only available to Mainland UK and orders arrive the next working day when placed by 1pm Monday-Friday, excludes Bank Holidays. Next day delivery for any excluded areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Scilly and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes, please allow for two working days.

**Premium next day delivery
Premium Next Day is subject to location of delivery and time of request and despatch.  Please email us by clicking here for assistance.

Paperless delivery
To support our eco and CSR commitment, we do not include with your order a printed delivery note or packing slip.  You will receive, on payment, an electronic order confirmation/invoice.  When your order is despatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and for next day delivery, you’ll also receive a message with delivery tracking information from our delivery partner.

Please note:
Beauty Hygiene Plus (Beauty Science UK Ltd) will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We will only consider claims for lost items sent 14 working days after the latest due date.  We are not able to provide an exact delivery time; our delivery partners deliver daily between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
