To support our eco and CSR commitment, we do not include with your order a printed delivery note or packing slip. You will receive on payment, an electronic order confirmation/invoice. When your order is despatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and for next day delivery, you’ll also receive a message with delivery tracking information from our delivery partner.
Beauty Hygiene Plus (Beauty Science UK Ltd) will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We will only consider claims for lost items sent 14 working days after the latest due date. We are not able to provide an exact delivery time; our delivery partners deliver daily between 8am and 8pm.
We currently do not ship outside of the UK and EU.

Returns + replacements
We hope that you are happy with the items you have ordered and we work hard to ensure that every order leaves our warehouse correct and perfectly packed.
As with everything, mistakes can occasionally be made at the warehouse and every now and then goods get damaged in transit.
If an error with your order should occur, please notify us immediately in writing to email@example.com within 36 hours of receiving the goods, and our customer service team will work quickly and efficiently to ensure it is rectified with as little inconvenience to you as possible. When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the Company may agree to their return on the following conditions. A request must be made to Beauty Science UK Ltd within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.. Goods which are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions. Faulty goods returned for testing can take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. Returned goods will only be accepted through the returns portal link with the required information. Free shipping label for Royal Mail will be provided and for your own protection, please obtain a receipt when dropping of the parcel as the Company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels. Please be aware that due to UK and EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

How do you process my refund?
All refunds are made via our secure on-line payment system. We don’t see your card details and the payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment via PayPal, Stripe or Apple Pay. For returned items processed through our free returns service to our warehouse, please allow between 14 and 30 days for the refund. We will action refunds as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience as the process can take a little while.
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the Company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. The Company must be informed in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice in the case of loss. The Company will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limits and any loss or damage will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you. We will have the goods returned to us and pay the cost of the return shipping.
