Refund policy

General returns conditions:

  • If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or ordered something in error or it’s not as expected, Beauty Hygiene Plus may agree to a return if you request it within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Free shipping labels for Royal Mail will be provided for returns via their returns portal.

  • Returned goods are accepted only through the company’s returns portal (you fill in a form with your order details).

  • Faulty goods returned for testing can take up to 30 days for a refund to be completed.

  • You should obtain a receipt when dropping off the parcel because the company does not accept responsibility for lost parcels.

  • Due to UK/EU hygiene regulations, refunds/exchanges aren’t offered for items returned in a non-saleable condition.

Refund process:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (PayPal, card used via Stripe/Apple Pay).

  • Allow 14–30 days for the refund to be processed once the return has been received and accepted.

Claims for loss or damage in transit:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Loss must be reported in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • If you’re a consumer, you generally have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To cancel after receipt, you must notify them (e.g., email) and then return the product using their returns portal.

  • If you cancel, you’ll be refunded the product price and standard delivery cost.

  • You might need to pay return shipping unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed (see full terms).

  • Some products cannot be returned if they cannot be re-sold due to hygiene reasons or if the item has been unsealed after delivery.
